Rates

Season(November 15-April 14): $1400 per week for 2 people. $150 per week for one additional person in the same room.

Off-Season(April 15-November 14): $1000 per week for 2 people. $100 per week for one additional person, in the same room.

Children under 2:Free

Children age 2-13: Half Price

Deposit

In order to book your room, we require a $500 deposit for each week you plan to stay. Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase vacation insurance to account for any unforeseen circumstances. Access America offers such a service.

Minimum Stay

Please note that the minimum stay is seven (7) nights.

Taxes

Rates do not include a 7% Occupancy Tax levied by the BVI government.
